School was hell. Martial Arts at Zange's in Chicago was my salvation. I never made it past my 2nd belt, I didn't enjoy sparing, but it gave me confidence.
I recently told my old instructor my story and what he did for me, I hope I expressed my gratitude well enough. Sometimes, words arent enough.
