Implementing an Anti-bullying Program

Hello everyone!

I am in the beginning stages of implementing a year long program at our middle school. I would love to have Jodee come and speak at our school but due to budget cuts, I am not sure if I can talk them into it. However, I have been given the ok to help put together a program that we can use all year long. Ideally, I would like to meet with students every two weeks during the week of our other activity periods like yearbook, builder club, etc. but I want to meet on a different day so that students who join the other clubs can still be apart of this one.

Any ideas on how to but a program together? I want to be sure this program succeeds. Since I started reading from Jodee's book, I have started using some of her strategies and have seen some successes already! I did a survey and the students expressed the want and need for this is in our school.
